Blackjack Variations-Types of a Game

There exists a great amount of blackjack variations and they become more and more popular each day. There you can find a bill of the most popular varieties of twenty-one and their main features. Classic blackjack is better for conservative gamblers, but if you need more fun you can try something new.

• Pontoon - the most famous variation of blackjack game. It is played with 1-8 decks of 52 cards. The gambler's aim is to get more points than the dealer, but not exceeding 21. The best combination is an Ace and one of the face cards or 10, it is paid 2:1. The next winning hand is "5-card trick"-it contains 5 cards with a total score of 21.
• Caribbean 21 - a blackjack variant that gives players the ability to split two initial cads and to make hits and redoubling after doubling. An Ace means always 1 in this game. Winning hand is called "Caribbean 21" (an Ace and two 10-point cards).
• Blackjack Switch - almost all rules are based on blackjack, but players use 6 or 8 decks, gamblers do two bet of equal size, dealer hits a soft 17 and players have the opportunity to play 2 hand at once.
• Blackjack Pro - players are no permitted to double after a split or re-split, and hit after separating Aces.
• Spanish 21 - variation of blackjack played only with decks of 48 cards (without 10s), players can split to a maximum of four hands, even on Aces.
• Crazy Eights Blackjack - each player has 5 cards and the deck is on the table with the top card face-up. The aim of the game is to get rid of the cards pairing them with upcards according to the number.
• Extreme 21 - in this variation of blackjack any combination equal 21 wins, and players are allowed to fold and split pairs.
• Triple 7s - there are offered bonuses for hands containing 1 or more 7s.
• Double Exposure - another names of this blackjack variation are Dealer Disclosure and Face Up 21, because players see the dealer's cards. All players have two cards. The dealer's are face up, gambler's are face down. The aim is to get as close to 21 or to get 21.
